This preparatory program helps participants thoroughly understand the Six Sigma philosophy, methodologies involved in implementation, building and motivating Six Sigma team and ultimately make organizations achieve Six Sigma level of quality.
Striving to create Black Belts who are well rounded, this intensive training programme equips participants with managerial, analytical, and entrepreneurial acumen in order to conceive Six Sigma as a driver of new value creation and enhanced competitiveness, rather than a simple problem solving technique.
