The program introduces the evolution of Kaizen thinking, various principles, and the shifts required in managerial, engineering, and manufacturing thinking to achieve operational excellence.
The program deals with the concepts of Muda, Mura and Muri, the 3 Mu’s of Kaizen, and practices of 5S Framework, Just in Time (JIT) philosophy, and Kanban systems. In addition, the course imparts techniques with relation to the soft skill and organizational aspects such as employee engagement and change management.
