Six Sigma is a continuous quality improvement method widely adopted by all types of manufacturing and services sector to differentiate themselves and ensure customer satisfaction.
Course Objectives
The aim of the programme is to equip the participant with knowledge, analytical tools and implementation methodologies that are required for implementing Six Sigma and related quality improvement projects in a real world organizational setup.
Considering that Six Sigma is data-driven, this preparatory programme provides participants a strong grounding in the concepts of mathematics, statistics, and probability that are used in Six Sigma. The participants will be well-versed in the collection, analysis, interpretation and inference of data.
Through hands-on training, the students would learn how to implement Six Sigma methodologies, produce improvements in manufacturing/service processes, and show business results.
